ZINE WORKSHOP

Take back the means of production! In this RAD 2 hour workshop, students will about the history and cultural influence of DIY zines AND learn the basics of zine making using three different zine methods: saddle bound, 8 page folded zines, and 16 page mini-zines. Students will use elements such as collage, mark-making, stamps, and more to customize their very own zines. 

Each student will leave this workshop with three different original zines, PLUS up to 10 Xerox copies of their zines to distribute and disperse! 

While students are encouraged to bring in collage components, stamps, or other mark-making tools, all materials will be provided. 

PLEASE NOTE: the total price is $45 ($35 for the workshop and $10 materials fee to be paid at the door upon arrival)
